Savage Behavior Analyst provides educational consulting, professional development, mentorship, academic support, BCBA examination preparation, behavior analysis coaching, case conceptualization support, and study planning services.
Services may include:
- BCBA Exam Preparation

- Individual Mentorship & Professional Consultation
- Case Conceptualization & ABA Coaching
- Study Planning & Performance Improvement Strategies
Services are individualized according to the client’s goals and needs.
2. Educational and Consulting Services
Our services are intended to provide educational guidance, professional development, and consulting support.
Participation in our services does not guarantee:
- Passing the BCBA examination
- A particular examination score
- Academic grades
- Certification or licensure
- Employment
- Professional advancement
- Any specific academic or professional outcome
Results depend on many factors, including the client’s preparation, participation, knowledge, experience, and individual circumstances.
3. BCBA Examination Preparation
Our BCBA preparation services may include original practice questions, educational exercises, conceptual review, and scenario-based learning.
All practice materials are independently developed for educational purposes.
We do not reproduce, disclose, or provide protected BCBA examination content.
Clients are responsible for complying with all applicable examination rules and requirements.
4. Academic Coursework Support
Coursework support is intended to promote learning, understanding, and independent academic development.
We do not complete academic assignments, examinations, assessments, or other graded work on behalf of students.
Clients remain responsible for complying with the academic integrity policies of their educational institutions.
5. Professional Mentorship and Consultation
Professional consultation and mentorship are educational and developmental services.
They are not a substitute for an individual’s professional responsibilities, employer requirements, clinical supervision, legal advice, or other required professional oversight.
Consultation is not a substitute for required supervised fieldwork.
6. Payment Terms
Payment Due
Payment is due at the time of service for hourly sessions.
For packages and retainers, payment is due prior to commencement of services.
Accepted Payment Methods
We may accept:
- Major credit cards
- Bank Transfer / EFT
- PayPal
- HSA/FSA where applicable
Invoicing
Invoices are provided electronically and payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with fewer than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session charge.
Clients are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible when they need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
8. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notification will result in the full session charge.
Repeated no-shows may result in termination of services at the consultant’s discretion.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for services that have already been rendered.
For packaged services, refunds for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a 15% administrative fee.
If services are terminated and a refund for unused prepaid services is applicable, the refund may be calculated on a pro-rata basis, less the applicable administrative fee.
10. Termination of Services
The consultant reserves the right to terminate services for reasons including:
- Non-payment
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows
- Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions
- Misuse of services or materials
- Behavior inconsistent with a professional consulting relationship
- Other circumstances that make continuation of the professional relationship inappropriate
Where appropriate, notice may be provided before termination.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content and original educational materials provided by Savage Behavior Analyst, including text, graphics, resources, practice materials, and other content, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use materials provided to you for your own educational purposes.
You may not, without written permission:
- Reproduce materials for commercial purposes
- Resell educational materials
- Distribute proprietary materials publicly
- Upload materials to third-party websites
- Claim the materials as your own
- Use materials to create competing commercial products

14. No Insurance Billing
Services are provided on a private-pay basis.
Savage Behavior Analyst does not accept insurance directly.
Receipts and invoices may be provided for individuals seeking reimbursement from an employer, insurance provider, or other third party. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is the client’s responsibility to verify.
15. Website Content
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on the website is accurate and useful. However, website content may be updated, changed, or removed without notice.
